1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or attending ELECTROCON 2026, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend.
2. Registration
Registration is subject to the following conditions:
- All information provided must be accurate and complete
- Each registration is for a single individual only
- Registration does not guarantee participation if the event reaches capacity
- The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject registrations
3. Payment and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 15 working days.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants must:
- Treat fellow participants, speakers, and staff with respect
- Refrain from disruptive behaviour during sessions
- Comply with the venue's rules and regulations
- Not record or distribute session content without permission
5. Certificate Issuance
Certificates are issued based on attendance records. The organizing committee's decision regarding certificate eligibility is final.
6. Limitation of Liability
ELECTROCON and its organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the conference, except where required by law.
7. Modifications
The organizing committee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the conference website.
